We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service. Because your lawn means more to us, our team of trained professionals will work until you are satisfied.


You must make changes the day before your mow day to become effective.


If we damage a sprinkler head or drain cap, contact us within a week of the damage, and we will repair or replace it. If you have landscape lights, commonly known as Malibu lights, which have exposed wiring, please advise us up front.


If our work is not satisfactory, or you think we did not show up, please call us or email us within 24 hours of your service date.  We do not give credits, but we will send the crew back to re-do without additional charge either the same day or the next business day. If you do not notify us within the 24 hours, we consider the work satisfactory for that trip, and we will talk to the crew about your complaint for the next trip.
