Basic Mow/ Edge Service

 

Includes:

• Mow front & back yard with 21 inch Toro mulching mowers 

• Edge driveway, sidewalk areas with steel blade 

• Line trim around beds, fences, trees, AC, and areas not accessible with mower 

• Blow clean

Our standard rates are based on a lot size up to 12,000 total gross square feet before any improvements. If your lot is between 12,000 sq. ft. & 16,000, add $5. For lots over 16,000 ft., or if you have multi levels, steep areas call or click for an estimate.

$85 per hour (1 Hour Minimum)

 

Spring, summer and fall annuals are available for $25 per flat with a 5 flat minimum. Flats contain 18 plants in four inch pots. annuals are mulched and fertilized at the time of planting. One flat of 18 will fill an area approximately 2' x 2'. Mulch will be billed for amount used a $5 per bag.

• Petunias (Spring)

• Begonias (Summer)

• Impatiens

• Marigolds

• Zinas

• Pansies (Fall)

Based on Area

 

Beds should be weeded prior to mulching. Shredded hardwood mulch will be billed per cubic foot. Hourly crew rates may apply to installation. Approximately 16 cubic feet of mulch will be required to cover 100 square feet (2 inches in depth).

 

Mulch = $5 per bag.
