Damages

If we damage a sprinkler head or drain cap, contact us within a week of the damage, and we will repair or replace it. If you have landscape lights, commonly known as Malibu lights, which have exposed wiring, please advise us up front.

Complaints

If you’re not completely satisfied with our work or have concerns about our visit, please reach out to us by phone or email within 24 hours of your service date. While we don’t offer credits, we’re happy to send our crew back at no additional charge to make things right—either the same day or the next business day. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll assume the service met your expectations, but we’ll still address any concerns with our team for future visits.
